Optimal Greens are freeze-dried and shelf stable — no freezer, no cold chain, no delivery restrictions. We ship anywhere in Australia and internationally.

PROCESSING Orders are dispatched twice weekly — Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before midnight Monday ship Tuesday. Orders placed before midnight Thursday ship Friday.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING Free shipping on all subscription orders. Standard delivery 2–7 business days depending on location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
