How to use.

Tear one sachet into a shaker of water. Shake for 10 seconds. Done.

Or work it into whatever you're already eating:

• In a smoothie. Straight in with banana, mango or berries — the fruit carries it, you won't taste the greens at all.
• Through yoghurt. Stir in, add a little honey. Good at breakfast, good after dinner.
• Over porridge or muesli. Sprinkle and stir while it's still warm.
• Into soup, right at the end, off the heat — so nothing gets cooked out.
• Through hummus, guacamole or pesto. Add it in with the other wet ingredients.
• In a salad dressing. Whisk with olive oil, lemon and a little mustard.
• Into pasta sauce or a curry, stirred through at the very end, off the heat.
• In baking. Muffins, savoury scones, pancake batter.
