REFUNDS We have a 30-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll take care of you.

To start a return, email us at orders@greenskyoptimal.com.au with your proof of purchase.

FOOD PRODUCTS If you've opened your order and are unhappy for any reason — taste, quality, anything at all, please reach out. Your feedback directly supports our ongoing research. We'd rather hear from you than lose you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve it straight away. No questions asked.

STORE CREDIT Approved returns are issued as store credit via Gift Card to the value of your order. We'll notify you by email once approved.

EXCHANGES Want a different blend? Contact us and we'll sort it out directly... no need to navigate a complicated exchange process.

SALE ITEMS Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
